7 steps to successfully find a buyer or investor for your Turkey real estate

Step 1: We meet with you in person

If you opt for Key Invest, we meet once again in your property or in our offices where we sign a contract of brokerage. After that, we prepare a valuation and a market value analysis for your real estate. Based upon these facts, we determine the purchase price together.





Step 3: Key Invest professionally markets your property 

If necessary, we ask respective authorities for building and site plans. We prepare sketches, photos, descriptions, etc. and integrate all in a representative, convincing exposé. We arrange promotional activities that are adapted to your real estate, including advertisements in the internet or possibly in newspapers.





Step 4: We present your property to potential buyers and investors

Key Invest is always available on site and in the office. We answer phone calls, e-mails and fax messages, we make appointments and arrange viewings. Questions of potential buyers and investors are answered in a timely manner. And of course we keep you informed about important developments.





Step 5: We lead the sales negotiations in your name

This is one of the most important steps. Potential buyers and investors of Turkey real estate have to be followed up in person or by phone. To respond to possible objections is just as important as to highlight particular advantages or potentials of your property. After completing the negotiations successfully, we proceed to step 6. 





Step 6: Preparation and determination of the appointment at the tapu-office

If there are several potential buyers or investors, we at Key Invest will be happy to provide advice on the selection of the buyer. We prepare the purchase contract in your interest. If debt financing is needed, we check the covenant for financing of the bank as soon as it is received. We coordinate the appointment with the registry of deeds (Tapu office) and accompany you through the deed process. 





Step 7: We remain at your disposal even after the whole sales process

Upon request, we take care of the key handover or we accompany you. If necessary, we will of course find a new property for you that suits your needs.
