Climate in Bodrum

It is a fact that the Bodrum Peninsula enjoys the best climatic conditions of the Mediterranean and Aegean regions with hot summers and mild winters, low humidity and more than 300 days of sunshine a year. With literally continuous sun days between May and October and over 12 hours of sunshine per day in the summer months, the weather in Bodrum is practically rain-free in the summer.

The maximum temperatures in the summer are usually above 30°C, with the early afternoon being the hottest part of the day. However, the cool sea breeze in the late afternoon and evening ensures that the climate in Bodrum is ideal for outdoor dinner and nighttime activities. The water temperature reaches a pleasant 25ºC during the summer months, thus allowing Bodrum to offer perfect conditions for almost all kinds of water sports.
